Larry received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science Legal Systems Administration from The University of Mississippi in 1992.


Following a 10-year career as a police officer for the city of Tupelo, Larry was accepted into Mississippi College School of Law and received his law degree in 2001.


Prior to becoming employed with the 22nd District Attorney’s Office, Larry

served as an Assistant District Attorney in the 11th Circuit Court District, the 1st Circuit Court District, a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, and Staff Attorney with the Mississippi Department of Child Protective Services.

Larry is a member of the National District Attorney’s Association, Mississippi Prosecutor’s Association, and Mississippi Bar

Association.
